This, quite possibly, may be the first and only thing you read on this site. The reason for this is by the time you finish reading it, you will have a critical decision to make. The information and value in this course to you, as an athlete, will not change regardless of whether or not you continue, however if you do not use the principals within this chapter, the rest will essentially be useless to you. What I’ll ask you do in this chapter is the most difficult part of this entire program, but it will change you as an athlete and set you apart from most of your peers and competition. That’s really what you’re looking for isn’t it? An edge over your competition. We all know better athletes than us either by genetics or because they have a superior work ethic. We also all know athletes that regardless of how much work we put in, they always seem to have an edge. Whether the pursuit is simply to make a roster, earn a scholarship, or get paid to play, In order to prevail over these athletes you’ll need to exploit every edge and angle to out-perform your peers.
